Founder President
He is an accomplished Edupreneur and Founder President of the Creative Thinkers Foundation (CTF), combining his MBA background with a commitment to fostering scientific temperament and experiential learning. Under his leadership, CTF has introduced the Odyssey of the Mind program to India, which emphasizes creative problem-solving, teamwork, and hands-on, experiential learning. Additionally, his initiative, SUPRABHAT - Ek Naya Savera Society, focuses on societal transformation by nurturing creativity and leadership in youth. His innovative approach is dedicated to preparing young minds to tackle complex challenges with a practical, science-oriented mindset and a focus on learning by doing.
Adviser (Academics)
She has made science learning enjoyable through activity-based and environment-driven methods, incorporating problem-solving and research techniques. She designed and implemented the National Children's Science Congress in 1993, which is recognized in the National Education Policy. She also initiated the National Teachers Science Congress to facilitate idea exchange and research presentations for teachers. Both initiatives continue to receive support from the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India (GOI). After retirement, she now focuses on promoting innovation and creativity among school children and teachers. She is a core believer of using education system as tool of Development & Change.
Treasurer
Nirmal Kiran, a dedicated educator with a Master’s in English and Mathematics, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Creative Thinkers Foundation. As a passionate teacher and freelance Maths coach, she excels in fostering a love for learning among her students. Nirmal has also served as a Co-Principal Investigator on DST-supported projects, showcasing her commitment to innovative educational initiatives. A confident communicator, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the foundation's vision, inspiring both colleagues and learners to think creatively and critically.
Program Coordinator
Driven by a passion for advancing STEM education and empowering women, she excels as a content creator and science communicator with a strong scientific temperament. She has pioneered initiatives like the Women Led Science Society and developed impactful science outreach programs, including those focused on astronomy. Her extensive experience spans media roles with ETV Uttar Pradesh, educational content development for the Indira Gandhi Planetarium, and public relations for the Club of Lucknow. Committed to fostering innovation and community engagement, she uses her diverse expertise and scientific mindset to drive meaningful progress in science and education.
Senior Digital Marketer
She specializes in driving strategic growth through advanced digital marketing techniques. Her expertise spans SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing, which enables her to design and execute high-impact campaigns that significantly enhance brand visibility and engagement. Renowned for her ability to leverage data insights for performance optimization, she thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering measurable results and innovative solutions for complex marketing challenges.
